Literary Titan Interview

Interview on Literary Titan

In April, something incredible happened — I won a Gold Book Award for Fiction from Literary Titan. Yes, a Gold Award! It feels a bit like being an Olympic medalist but without the athletic skills or the shiny tracksuit.

This lovely nod was followed by an interview with Literary Titan, where I tried to sound smart without using the phrase, “In my novel” (spoiler: I failed.) I did, however, create a new genre called post-post-apocalyptic fiction. Well, you can check it out here: My Story Evolved

We talked about the inspiration for the novel that came after a brief and tumultuous move to Florida and back. I also explained why I believe a story about drought and floods can ultimately convey a sense of hope, and you might be surprised by my thoughts on what makes great fiction.

I want to extend a big thank you to the team at Literary Titan for the recognition and the spotlight. And to everyone who has been following along—your support means the world to me, even if you only skimmed just enough to leave a vaguely positive review on Amazon. I see you, and I truly appreciate you.
